Arizona Podcast & Live Stream Studio – Terms & Conditions of Service

1. General Terms and Conditions
By accessing and using the services of Arizona Podcast & Live Stream Studio, you agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. In addition, when using these services, you are subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Participation in our services constitutes acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

This site and its components are offered for informational purposes only. Arizona Podcast & Live Stream Studio shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness, or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the site, nor for any errors or omissions.

We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or studio facilities following any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms. If our Privacy Policy changes, we will announce it on our site and notify affected customers by email when applicable.

2. Using the Arizona Podcast & Live Stream Studio

Clients use our facilities at their own risk and may, at their discretion and expense, obtain personal insurance for loss, injury, or damage arising from studio use. Arizona Podcast & Live Stream Studio is not liable for injury, illness, or loss incurred during studio use.

Clients agree to follow all posted studio rules, operating hours, and conduct guidelines. We may update these rules from time to time with reasonable notice.

3. Parking

When parking, please use your designated parking space if provided. Otherwise, ensure you do not block private entrances, driveways, or other vehicles. Lock your vehicle, as Arizona Podcast & Live Stream Studio is not liable for theft or damage to vehicles or their contents.

4. Recording Sessions

Transfer of Files: Recordings will be delivered via secure online transfer. Once files have been received and/or downloaded by the client, Arizona Podcast & Live Stream Studio is not responsible for loss or corruption of these files.

​

Storage of Files: We store raw recordings for 1 month after project completion unless prior arrangements are made (additional fees may apply).

​

Copyright Material: Clients are solely responsible for securing all necessary copyright clearances, licenses, and royalty payments for any material used in their recordings. Arizona Podcast & Live Stream Studio will be held harmless from any claims related to copyright violations.

5. Technical Difficulties

While rare, human error, equipment failure, and technical issues may occur. If a session cannot proceed due to such issues beyond our control, we may cancel and reschedule the booking at no additional charge.

If delays or cancellations are caused by the client’s technical errors or equipment, regular cancellation charges will apply.

6. Studio Bookings

Business Hours:
Open Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM by appointment. Sessions outside these hours, including weekends, are subject to availability and an after-hours surcharge. Closed on major holidays.

​

Payment:

Bookings can be paid via our website, in person by card, or via invoice.

Refund / Cancellation Policy:

48+ hours notice: No charge; reschedule permitted.

24–48 hours notice: 50% of booking fee charged.

Less than 24 hours notice: 100% of booking fee charged.

​

Late Arrivals:

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time.

​

No-Shows:

Failure to arrive without prior notice within the required cancellation window will result in loss of the booking fee and no reschedule without full payment for a new session.

​

7. Studio Time

Minimum booking is one hour. If another booking follows yours, sessions must end on time to allow for changeover. A 10-minute wrap-up period may be allowed, but exceeding 15 minutes may incur additional charges.

8. Children

No children under 18 are permitted unless prior written consent is obtained before the session. This ensures a safe environment for all clients and staff.

9. Conduct Rules

The following are strictly prohibited:

​

Abusive, disrespectful, discriminatory, or threatening behavior toward staff or clients. Smoking, vaping, illegal drugs, or unauthorized alcohol consumption. Eating or bringing food into studio set areas. Possession of any weapons, including but not limited to firearms, knives, or other dangerous instruments, regardless of permit status, while on studio property. Alcohol may be allowed for specific events or live shows with prior approval.

10. Professional Recommendations

Our team may offer creative or technical suggestions to help you achieve the best results. The client retains ultimate creative control, but if a session outcome differs from expectations due to disregarding our technical advice, no complimentary redo will be offered.

11. Gift Cards

All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.

​

12. Marketing & Promotion

You grant Arizona Podcast & Live Stream Studio the right to use behind-the-scenes footage, photos, or recordings of your session for promotional purposes without compensation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

13. Force Majeure

Arizona Podcast & Live Stream Studio shall not be held liable or deemed in breach of this agreement for any delay or failure to perform its obligations resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, fires, floods, earthquakes, pandemics, acts of government, labor disputes, civil unrest, transportation interruptions, power outages, equipment failures caused by external factors, or other unforeseen emergencies. In such cases, affected sessions will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed date without penalty.

 Mobile Podcast & Live Stream Service Booking Policy

At 808 Media Group/Arizona Podcast & Live Stream Studio, we’re committed to delivering a professional, high-quality recording and streaming experience. To ensure smooth production, the following policies apply to all Mobile Podcast & Live Stream Service bookings:

Client Responsibility for Environment

By booking our Mobile Podcast & Live Stream Service, the client acknowledges responsibility for providing a suitable recording environment. This includes:

​

Adequate lighting

​

Manageable room acoustics (minimal echo, background noise, or interruptions)

​

Stable, high-speed internet connection (for live streaming)

​

Adequate space and access for equipment setup

​

If a location is deemed unsuitable due to environmental factors (e.g., excessive noise, poor lighting, unstable internet), 808 Media Group/Arizona Podcast & Live Stream Studio cannot be held liable for any impact on recording or streaming quality.

Technical Walkthrough Add-On (Optional)

To reduce risks and ensure your location is podcast- and livestream-ready, we offer a Technical Walkthrough Add-On:

Virtual Walkthrough – $49
Conducted via Zoom or similar platform. We’ll assess acoustics, lighting, and internet connection and provide recommendations.

​

Onsite Walkthrough – $149
A member of our team visits your location to perform a full inspection and provide tailored recommendations to optimize your space.

​
